ADR AND CIVIL LITIGATION LAWYER

COVENTRY, WEST MIDLANDS

HYBRID WORKING OPTION WITH UP TO TWO DAYS PER WEEK WORKING FROM HOME (WFH)

UP TO £50,000 PLUS BENEFITS

Are you ambitious and wanting to progress your legal career in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Civil Litigation? This role is based in Coventry but requires flexibility to travel to other offices across Coventry and Warwickshire.

As the lead fee earner, you will have full responsibility for ADR and Civil Litigation across the law firm. This includes departmental risk compliance and the development of case management.

Key aspects of the role of ADR and Civil Litigation Lawyer are:

  • Monitor own caseload progression compliance and billing.

  • Responsible for achievement of agreed targets and review of key performance indicators.

  • Pro-active marketing and business development of the department, with the assistance of the Business Development Director to include attendance at networking and exhibition events.

  • Responsible for implementing and managing Risk and Compliance policies

To be successful it is essential that you have strong case management experience and:

  • Qualified Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive (or Fellow) with a minimum of 6 years PQE within a Litigation Department.

  • Experience of case management systems and time recording (ideally Tikit)

  • Driving licence and use of own vehicle essential.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience of dealing sensitively with clients.
