AREA SALES MANAGER

Covering South of England (Working from home)

Basic up to £40,000 and up to £60,000 plus car allowance

This established successful manufacturer and installer of bespoke temporary structures is growing; the company needs another Area Sales Manager to develop new business in the South of England.

If you can prove that you consistently deliver results against sales targets - ideally within the modular and temporary construction or hire markets - then this could be your opportunity to thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Area Sales Manager you will be involved with:

  • Actively developing business across the South of England

  • Dealing with customers across a wide range of sectors e.g. manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, retail, film, and media – wherever temporary or semi-permanent buildings and canopies are needed!

  • Managing client relationships with regular visits, presentations, and reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

To be a successful Area Sales Manager you will need the following skills and experience:

  • A solid background in sales is essential combined with experience within either the portable and modular accommodation sector or equipment and plant hire/rental (e.g. cranes, cherry pickers, racking, cabins, forklifts, power access units, portable toilets, tool hire) with experience of selling to a range of sectors e.g. education, warehousing, hospitality venues

  • As the Area Sales Manager will be working from home ideally should live along the M4 corridor e.g. Reading, Slough, Newbury, Windsor, Maidenhead, Swindon

  • Professional presentation and communication skills.

  • High energy levels with the desire to be successful and to grow the territory.
