The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
General administration and support to clients via mainly inbound and some outbound phone calls, live chat, email, white mail, website enquiries.
Documenting all client interactions and tasks immediately and accurately within the relevant CRM systems.
Managing requests, with timely updates to clients and associated departments.
Liaising between technical and support departments and clients.
Providing accurate input for reports and spreadsheets.
To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum English and Maths grade C or above at GCSE level or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills and a positive and enthusiastic manner.
Ideally previous customer service, concern resolution, contact centre, call centre, administration, office management or related experience dealing with people e.g. hospitality, retail, healthcare.
Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and be able to multi-task with ease, entering information and conversing simultaneously.
