Due to recent internal promotions and restructuring, my client is hiring new Customer Service Advisors. If you are looking for a new job that is Monday to Friday 830 am to 5 pm, with no shifts or weekends, and the option of working from home two days per week (WFH)- once you have completed training - then this could be a great career move! The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

  • General administration and support to clients via mainly inbound and some outbound phone calls, live chat, email, white mail, website enquiries.

  • Documenting all client interactions and tasks immediately and accurately within the relevant CRM systems.

  • Managing requests, with timely updates to clients and associated departments.

  • Liaising between technical and support departments and clients.

  • Providing accurate input for reports and spreadsheets.


To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:


  • Minimum English and Maths grade C or above at GCSE level or equivalent.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, enthusiastic manner.

  • Ideally previous customer service, concern resolution, contact centre, call centre, administration, office management or related experience dealing with people e.g., hospitality, retail, healthcare.

  • Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and be able to multi-task with ease, entering information and conversing simultaneously.
