As a Customer Service Advisor within this insurance business, you will be:
Handling mainly inbound but also some outbound telephone calls, emails, letters, website requests, and live chats
Assisting customers with their insurance policies and claims
Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints in a positive and helpful manner
Entering details of customer interactions into the CRM system
Providing input for reports and spreadsheets
The key skills needed to be a Customer Service Advisor are:
Ideally previous experience of working as a Customer Service Advisor in a call centre, customer service centre, conflict resolution, contact centre, contact resolution, hotline centre or similar background where you have dealt with customers e.g. retail, office
Strong written and verbal skills (minimum English and Maths GCSE at Grade C or above)
Professional telephone manner and excellent administration and customer service skills
Confident with multi-tasking with accurate data entry skills
Ability to listen to customers and assist with their insurance claims or queries
Background in insurance, banking, financial, motor trade, or car dealerships would be useful
Good attention to detail and strong administrative skills are essential
Computer literate - Microsoft Office and CRM experience
This role is within the insurance sector and full product training will be given.

This rapidly expanding market leader in a niche insurance sector, is based in modern, and friendly offices in Warwick. The hours are 830 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Located within walking distance from Warwick town centre and within easy reach of the bus and train stations - minutes from the A46 and there is free car parking.
