BASIC SALARY UP TO £26,000 PLUS

BONUS OF UP TO £2,000 AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS 

BASED IN WARWICK, WARWICKSHIRE

WITH HYBRID OPTION OF 3 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME (WFH)

As a Customer Complaints Manager, you will be overseeing complaints from start to finish, ensuring customer complaints are addressed effectively and efficiently.

​

This will involve:

  • Investigating customer complaints and identifying root causes. 

  • Crafting clear, concise, and well-reasoned final resolutions that address customer concerns.

  • Implementing process improvements to minimise future complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, and understanding throughout the complaint investigation process.

 

To thrive in the role of Customer Complaints Manager you will need:

  • Proven experience in a complaints resolution role, dealing with complaints up to final resolution e.g. final response letter or email

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. 

  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights. 

  • Background in insurance, banking, finance, motor trade would be advantageous preferably with knowledge of FCA regulations

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

  • Empathy and patience to connect with customers and ensure their concerns are heard.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
