Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Support clients through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, emails, and web inquiries.

  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, confident attitude.

  • Previous experience in customer service, complaints resolution, administration, contact centres, retail, hospitality, or healthcare.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.

  • Ability to multitask, input data, and maintain client interactions efficiently.
