Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator, looking for an administrative role where you can truly make an impact? 

 

Due to continued success and growth, a new position has been created for a Sales Support Administrator, to help keep the sales operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with customers, and supporting a sales team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Comprehensive on-going training will be provided for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Support Administrator:

  • Supporting the telesales team with essential administrative tasks.

  • Handling customer enquiries via email and phone ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Processing and tracking sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintaining sales reports, policies, and important documentation.

  • Coordinating with internal teams, including finance and customer service.

  • Keeping customer records updated in CRM system.

  • Assisting with sales presentations and proposals 

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

​

What we're looking for in a Sales Support Administrator:

  • Experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with good attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
