To be successful as an Insurance Claims Assessor you will need:

  • Ideally experience as an insurance motor claims advisor or claims adjuster

  • Problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Organisational excellence to skilfully manage your workload and prioritise tasks for effective claims handling.

  • Collaborative liaison approach to coordinate with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, dealers, and other parties for seamless claims resolution.

  • Strong written and verbal skills 

  • Inquisitive nature combined with strong research skills to investigate claims, uncovering every detail

As an Insurance Claims Assessor, you will be:

  • Managing Caseloads: From claim initiation to settlement, you'll expertly handle every stage.

  • Effective Communication: Engage with policyholders through calls, emails, and letters, providing exceptional service.

  • Detailed Documentation: Thoroughly record customer interactions within the CRM system for accurate claims processing.

  • Critical Thinker: Challenge and discern the truth, displaying your sharp critical thinking abilities.

Prior experience in a call centre, or customer service experience is beneficial. Expertise in insurance-based claims, particularly in the motor industry or home insurance, is a plus.

On office days, you'll find yourself in modern offices, complete with free parking. Our location is conveniently close to the A46, Warwick town centre, and Warwick Parkway train station.
