Hybrid Working from Home Option (WFH) -  2 days a week

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing general administration and support to clients through both inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, email, and website inquiries.

To be eligible for this Customer Service Advisor role, you should have:

  • A minimum of English and Maths grade C or above at GCSE level or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, confident, and professional demeanour

  • Previous experience in customer service, concern resolution, contact centre, call centre, administration, or office management

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to enter information and engage in conversations simultaneously
