SITE MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION
UP TO £35,000 AND COMPANY VAN
Nationwide but ideally based in the Midlands (West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire)
Due to the demand for more temporary modular buildings a Site Manager is required to oversee construction projects and make daily site inspections. The Site Manager will help to plan the project from start to finish including the schedule of work and sourcing materials.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for:
On-site Health and Safety ensuring safety rules are adhered to
Monitoring the construction project to ensure it is within budget and timescales
Ensuring quality standards are maintained for all construction staff
Inspecting work and overseeing quality control
To be successful as a Construction Site Manager you will need:
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme)
SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme)
IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health)
Driving licence and ability to work away from home if required
Fully Licenced to operate telehandlers and scissor lifts
Experience of managing a construction site team
Previous experience in temporary buildings or modular buildings would be useful
