Salary: Basic £23,000 OTE £29,000 (Uncapped Commission)

If you are a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive, this is a fantastic opportunity to join this expanding telesales team.
Initially you will participate in a comprehensive 2-week paid training program which covers telesales techniques and in-depth product knowledge about GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) insurance prior to you making any calls. GAP insurance offers protection if there is a financial shortfall if the car is written off or stolen.
You will need to be target driven and have a background in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service whilst possessing a confident and professional telephone manner. A background in insurance or the automotive sectors would be useful but not essential. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed are essential to this position!
As a Telesales Executive you will:
Conduct sales calls to prospective customers who have expressed an interest in GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) car insurance policies and are expecting a telephone call. No cold calling – just lots of warm leads!
Utilise your excellent communication skills to explain the benefits of GAP insurance products clearly and persuasively.
Work collaboratively within a small and friendly telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
