Are you an experienced, ambitious telesales or sales professional? My client provides structured product training and continuous development to ensure you are equipped with the skills as well as the knowledge to be successful. They also offer a good work life balance, with no weekend work or shifts – Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (35 hours a week). Well-being is important and they strive to ensure employees are engaged and motivated.
As a Telesales Executive you will be part of a small, sociable Telesales team, making outbound warm leads, to those who have expressed an interest in the motor insurance products. This would involve the following:
Explaining the benefits of their insurance products for their car e.g., GAP, SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology), Tyres and Alloys
Ensuring the CRM system is updated with the outcome of the calls
Taking payment and setting up new policies and documentation
Answering any queries regarding the policies
To be successful as a Telesales Executive, you will need to enjoy working in a target-driven environment and be strongly self-motivated, ideally with outbound calling or sales experience.
Focused & target driven when working in a fast-paced environment
Experience of Telesales, Sales, or Telemarketing
An interest in cars – perhaps you work for a motor dealer and no longer want to work weekends
A background in a regulated environment, such as insurance or financial services, would be advantageous
Resilient, determined, and excellent at establishing rapport
Passion for sales coupled with a professional, friendly telephone manner
Vibrant, enthusiastic, and confident personality
Positive attitude and a strong will to learn & progress
IT and data entry skills
