About the role of Administrator in the Claims Assessment Team

​

As an Administrator in the Claims Assessment team, you’ll be an essential part of the claims process – ensuring smooth operations, accurate records, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

​

What you’ll be doing as an Administrator in the Claims Assessment Team

​

  • Supporting the full claims assessment cycle with administrative tasks

  • Communicating with policyholders, suppliers, repairers, and internal teams

  • Updating the CRM system accurately and efficiently

  • Analysing and processing insurance claims with care and logic

  • Creating spreadsheets and reports to support the team

​

What we’re looking for in an Administrator for  the Claims Assessment Team

​

  • Experience in administration, claims assessment, customer service, call centres, or insurance

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and other IT systems

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Analytical, detail-focused, and eager to learn

  • Ability to reliably commute to Warwick for an 8:30am start on office days
