SUE BRADNOCK
Sue Bradnock graduated from the University of Edinburgh before completing a post graduate diploma in Personnel Management at the University of Strathclyde. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and this background in HR allows Sue to provide truly impartial advice and support. Sue has held several senior HR positions within large corporations, and left to pursue her passion for sourcing high calibre talent for organisations.
DAVID PALMER
David is an effective, commercial and award winning CIPD qualified senior HR professional with over 25 years' experience with two world class organisations, 18 years with Severn Trent Water and 9 years with EDF Energy. His breadth of experience is vast having undertaken business partnering, shared services, governance and reporting and change management roles. David has a solid background in HR and has wide generalist experience and a friendly and approachable manner.
KATY McMINN
Katy graduated from Southampton University with a BSc and from South Bank University with an MSc in Human Resources. Katy is an experienced HR professional having worked for a number of large blue chip companies such as General Electric and Ernst & Young prior to moving into HR consultancy and Recruitment. These roles have provided sound experience in dealing with a wide range of HR challenges from both an operational and strategic HR perspective.
ANDREW RUNDLE
Andrew has worked as an HR professional for over 25 years and his career includes working as a Director of an NHS PCT and a national role with a sector skills council. Andrew has developed a particular specialism in mediation and conflict resolution and is a trained facilitator of ‘Everything Disc’ and recently worked with a large employer to implement positive cultural and behavioural changes. Andrew has extensive experience of providing expert input on all aspects of employee relations, change management and organisational development. He has worked mainly in the public sector but has experience in commercial and third sectors. A Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) Andrew was trained by ACAS as a workplace mediator and obtained accreditation as a performance coach for the NHS through Strathclyde University.
CATHERINE GLOVER
Catherine is a practical, hands on HR Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of HR roles and industries. She delivers projects encompassing process improvement, systems, mapping and data for HR teams, often coupled with in house training delivery.
Catherine has a passion for using her knowledge and skills to improve fairness and inclusion in her client organisations, challenging assumptions in how systems and processes are set up to reduce structural inequalities.
Throughout her career, Catherine has always strived to follow her values of authenticity, professionalism, inclusion and respect. She also supplements her work with providing voluntary project support to charities via the Cranfield Trust and interview coaching for disadvantaged unemployed individuals with local charity, Suited for Success.
Catherine has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Level 7 CIPD Qualification.
NATHAN THOMAS
Nathan began his career as an Employment Law Solicitor in 1998 after completing a law degree at Lancaster University where he was awarded the Ceiba Geigy Prize for employment law. After 9 years in private practice, helping hundreds of individuals and businesses, Nathan joined DHL in 2007 where he progressed to Senior Legal Counsel and TUPE Practice Lead and then took a lateral step into human resources. Nathan undertook a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management where he achieved a First and was awarded Student of the Year by the CIPD / DeMontfort University. Nathan is an employment solicitor as well as a HR consultant and has a wealth of experience covering employment law issues, employee relations, HR issues and enjoys assisting companies of all sizes and in different sectors.
JUNE HOGAN
June has been a Chartered Member of the CIPD for over 20 years and has a BSc Hons in Business Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. During her time in corporate HR June worked in a variety of operational HR roles including time spent in Learning and Development, Reward and Benefits and working on TUPE projects. More recently June qualified as a career coach and now specialises in providing Outplacement Support. June works with values led businesses who are making redundancies and want to do the right thing to help their outgoing employees. June provides support to individuals and groups to help them navigate change, plan for the future and help them stand out in the job market to ultimately increase their chances of finding their next role.
