Are you an experienced  residential conveyancing professional looking to take the next step in your residential conveyancing legal career? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join a thriving Residential Conveyancing Department.

The role of Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive:

Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you'll be handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This includes:

• Freehold and Leasehold transactions

• Sales and Purchases

• Re-mortgages

• Shared Ownership Schemes

• Right to Buy

• Transfers of Equity

• Lease Extensions

 

What we’re looking for in a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive:

• At least 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing

• Strong client care skills and a commitment to delivering professional legal advice

• Excellent communication and drafting skills

• Proven ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision

• Effective business development and marketing acumen

• Strong IT skills and ideally experience with case management systems

• A track record of achieving billing targets and deadlines
