We are currently working in partnership with a well-established law firm seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional, with a strong background in commercial property, to take on a varied and rewarding role with a reputable law practice. This role offers real breadth, dealing with a wide variety of commercial property transactions.

The role of Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

• Drafting, renewing, and negotiating leases for both landlords and tenants

• Lease extensions

• Right to Buy and Right to Acquire transactions

• Exposure to agricultural land and property development matters

 

We are seeking Commercial Property Solicitors who can demonstrate:

• Post qualifying experience in commercial property law

• A proven track record of managing own caseload with minimal supervision

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge

• Ability to manage deadlines effectively and work under pressure

• Business development acumen and the ability to contribute to firm’s growth
