As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of transactions, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Drafting, negotiating, and renewing leases for both landlords and tenants

• Lease extensions

• Right to Buy and Right to Acquire matters

• Agricultural land and property development cases

​

We’re looking for a confident and capable Commercial Property Solicitor who can demonstrate:

​

• Solid post-qualification experience (2 years minimum PQE) in commercial property law

• A strong ability to manage a caseload independently

• Excellent drafting skills and up-to-date technical knowledge

• Outstanding communication and client care skills

• Strong organisational abilities, able to meet deadlines under pressure

• A proactive, commercial mindset with an interest in business development
