Would you like to join a company with a reputation for nurturing and developing their customer service staff and ensuring they have a good work life balance? This rapidly expanding market leader urgently needs Customer Service Advisors to work in their modern, and friendly offices in Warwick.


As a Customer Service Advisor within this fast-paced insurance business you will be: 


  • Handling mainly inbound but also some outbound telephone calls, emails, letters, and live chats

  • Assisting customers with their policies, repairs, and claims

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in a positive and helpful manner

  • Entering details of customer interactions into the CRM system

  • Providing input for reports and spreadsheets


The key skills needed to be a Customer Service Advisor are: 

  • Previous experience of working as a Customer Service Advisor in a call centre, customer service centre, conflict resolution, contact centre, contact resolution, hotline centre or similar background where you have dealt with customers by telephone

  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills

  • Confident with multi- tasking with accurate data entry skills

  • Ability to listen to customers and assist with their insurance claims or queries

  • Background in insurance, banking, financial, motor trade or car dealerships would be useful

  • Good attention to detail and strong administrative skills are essential

  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office and CRM experience

This Customer Service Advisor role is within the insurance sector and full product training will be given, but previous call centre experience is essential.


The hours are 830 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Located just a short walk from the town centre within easy reach of the bus and train stations - minutes from the A46 and there is free car parking.
