Customer Service Advisor with Hybrid WFH Option

Salary: £21,600 (Basic) with the potential to earn up to £2,000 in bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package

 Hybrid work setup with two days per week working from home (WFH) after training

Our client is expanding and they're seeking additional Customer Service Advisors to join their team.  They are committed to providing continuous structured training, defined career development plans, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with no shifts or weekend work.

As a Customer Service Advisor your primary responsibilities include providing general administration and support to clients through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, email, and website inquiries.

To be eligible for this Customer Service Advisor role, you should have:

  • A minimum of English and Maths grade C or above at GCSE level or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, confident, and professional demeanour

  • Previous experience in customer service, concern resolution, contact centre, call centre, administration, or office management

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to enter information and engage in conversations simultaneously
