What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor:

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone (inbound & outbound), live chat, email, and web enquiries
• Handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
• Complete administrative tasks accurately to support customer interactions

​

What you need to have to be successful as a Customer Service Advisor:

• Customer-facing experience (customer service, contact centre, complaints, administration, retail, hospitality, healthcare, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Basic IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
