Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Deliver outstanding service to customers via phone, live chat, email, and web inquiries.

Handle administrative tasks to ensure seamless and positive customer experiences.

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do spirit.

Previous experience in a customer contact role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage data entry and customer interactions efficiently.

Must be able to reliably commute to Warwick on office based days for 8.30 am start
