Hybrid Working – 2 Days Remote Tuesday and Wednesday after training

£24,576 FTE (Pro rata) + Excellent Benefits

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat & web

Deliver a high standard of customer service

Complete admin tasks accurately
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you must have:

Customer-facing experience (customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, contact centre, healthcare, etc.)

Strong communication skills

Confident using Microsoft Office

Able to multitask with good attention to detail.
