£24,576 FTE (Pro rata) + Excellent Benefits

Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (Mondays are required)

The role of a Customer Service Advisor :

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat & web

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service

  • Complete admin tasks accurately

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you must have:

  • Customer-facing experience (customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, contact centre, healthcare, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office

  • Able to multitask with good attention to detail.
