As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll play a crucial role by ensuring that residential property transactions are executed seamlessly and efficiently.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

Manage the sale and purchase of residential properties, maintaining strong communication with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Maintain meticulous records and adhere to Money Laundering regulations and data integrity standards.

Contribute to achieving billing targets as outlined by Head of Residential Conveyancing.

Experience required to be successful as a Residential Conveyancer:

Proven track record in residential conveyancing.

Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

Detail-oriented mindset with precise record-keeping skills.
