Telesales Executive



Our client is a niche, small company with a very specific demographic of clients and requires the Telesales Executive to contact them, to sell their membership services.

They require a Telesales Executive who can create rapport, listen and engage with customers and explain the benefits of their membership. You must be passionate about telesales with a proven track record of success.  There is a marketing team who supply the leads and then it is over to the Telesales to follow up on the results of marketing campaigns. 

This Telesales position offers and requires flexible hours which will include some evenings or if you prefer weekends.

As a Telesales Executive you will:

  • Maintain records of customer interactions on the CRM system

  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of membership

  • Build rapport with customers and explain the benefits of membership
