Key responsibilities of a Telesales Executive:

Engage with warm leads: Contact customers who have shown interest and requested a call

Confidently present product details and services

Effectively close sales while delivering excellent customer service

What you need to be a successful Telesales Executive candidate:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, customer service or retail.

A positive, target-driven attitude with the tenacity to succeed

A professional, friendly telephone manner

Proficiency with IT and CRM systems
-
Able to reliably commute to Warwick for an 8:30 am start
